We do not accept returns or exchanges. We carefully package your items so nothing happens during the shipping process. But if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will instead give you a refund for the damaged item.
Please note that in this case, we will require your order number, a photo of the damaged item, email, PayPal email, and will be checking your tracking number to make sure you've reached out to us within the proper time frame.
